Introduction
Plaula (the "Service") is a service operated by SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC ("we", "us", or "our") located at 5900 BALCONES DR STE 100 AUSTIN, TX 78731. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Use", "Agreement" or "Service Contract") govern your relationship with the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, free trial users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences.
If you disagree with these Terms or any part of them, you should not use the Service.
Service Description
The "Service" includes (a) all educational content management systems, administrative and related technologies, as well as the website https://plaula.com (the "Site"), and (b) all software, applications, data, text, images, and other content provided by or on behalf of SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time without prior notice. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain and belong exclusively to SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC.
Usage Restrictions
To use the Service, you must be 18 years of age or older and reside in one of the following countries or regions:

Subscriptions
Parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically set monthly or annually.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. To cancel the renewal of your Subscription, you can do so in the settings and configuration section of your online account or contact us by email at [email protected].
All purchases made through the website are processed by a third-party payment processor. The payment processor may request personal and/or non-personal information, such as your name, address, email address, credit card information, or other Personal Information. Each payment processor has a privacy policy that describes their collection and use of personal information. SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC does not control the payment processors, their collection, or use of information. Any questions or concerns about the payment processor's practices should be directed directly to the respective payment processor.
The payment processors provide us with certain non-personal information related to purchases made from the Service. The non-personal purchase information may include details of the purchase, such as the date, the amount paid, and the product purchased. The non-personal purchase information may be linked to the Personal Information that you provide to us (generally limited to your name and email address). SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC does not store or request from the payment processors any other of your Personal Information, such as the name associated with the payment method, postal address, or credit card information.
Changes in Fees
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any change in the Subscription fee will be effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of at least thirty (30) calendar days about any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Subscription purchases to the Service are non-refundable, except in countries and regions where the law requires offering partial refunds. The Service features are yours to use for the duration of your subscription period, even if you decide to cancel it.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription at any time, but keep in mind that such cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current Subscription period. Unless required by law, you will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period at the time of cancellation.
To cancel the renewal of your Subscription, you can do so in the settings and configuration section of your online account or contact us by email at [email protected].
Upon cancellation of your Subscription, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC will make your Data stored in the Service available for electronic retrieval for a period of thirty (30) calendar days. After such period, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC may delete all your Data and will have no obligation to continue storing such Data.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, we ask for information such as your name and email address to contact you about your account. It is essential that you provide us with information that is correct, accurate, complete, and keep it updated at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activity or action carried out under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. If you are paying for a Subscription, you can terminate your Subscription through the settings of your online account or contact us by email at [email protected].
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC reserves the right to terminate your access and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice or liability to you. If the termination is not due to a violation of these Terms on your part, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC will provide you with a prorated refund of the previously paid unused fees, unless, in our reasonable estimate, we are legally not allowed to do so (in which case any right to a refund is nullified).

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC.
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services available on or through such websites or services.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for Plaula and the material on Plaula. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the application or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service, or in any way which is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for (A) any loss or damage, whether indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, including but not limited to, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or (B) any amount in total exceeding the fees you actually paid in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to your claim. This results from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your inability to access or use the Service; (iii) any conduct or content of a third party on or related to the Service; (iv) any content obtained from the Service; and (v) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. This applies regardless of whether it is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal claim, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein has failed its essential purpose.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this section and elsewhere in these terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer and Non-Waiver of Rights
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC makes no warranties, representations, or promises of any kind regarding the Service and associated technology. Any supposedly applicable warranties, terms, and conditions are excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Service is offered without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance, except as provided by law.
SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
If you breach any of these Terms and SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC chooses not to act immediately, or chooses not to act at all, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC will still be entitled to all rights and remedies at a later date, or in any other situation, where you breach these Terms. SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC does not waive any of its rights. SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights to enforce them.
You may not assign, sublicense, or transfer any of your rights under these Terms.
Violation of These Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to the other rights of SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC under these terms and conditions, if you violate these terms and conditions in any way, SPACEGOODTIME CONTINUUM LLC may take the measures it deems appropriate to address the violation, including suspending your access to the application, prohibiting you from accessing the application, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the application, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the application and/or initiating legal actions against you.
Law and Jurisdiction
Except to the extent that any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of law provisions and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The appropriate jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with the Agreement and any access or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, U.S.A. Nothing in this Agreement affects your rights as a consumer to rely on any mandatory provisions in your country of residence.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms come into effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
